We Are Proud to Celebrate 46 Years!

On November 1st, 1976, two boutique law firms – known then as Efron & Kittler and Henson & Tully – finalized their merger; Henson Efron was officially founded. In the subsequent years, Henson Efron has called three downtown buildings home, has been led by three extraordinary managing partners, and has continued building off the strong foundation that Bob Henson and Stanley Efron laid. We are proud to celebrate 46 years!
