David Bradley Olsen Recognized for Work

In a Star Tribune article titled “Relative Caregivers Catch a Break,” Henson Efron attorney David Bradley Olsen is acknowledged for his work representing eight home-care agencies and nine relative caregivers in Healthstar Home Health Inc. vs. Jesson, successfully challenging the legislature’s effort to cut a caregiver’s personal care assistant wages if the caregiver is related to the patient. The article reported on the Department of Human Services’ decision not to appeal the Minnesota Court of Appeals decision that deemed the legislation unconstitutional.
