John C. Levy Interviewed by Star Tribune and Fresh & Local Podcast About Issues Facing Food Trucks

Business law attorney John C. Levy recently founded the Minnesota Food Truck Association (MFTA), an industry organization that will advocate for the unique issues facing the fast-growing food truck industry while supporting the vitality, diversity and quality of food trucks as they serve the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota food community.

As part of his duties as President of the Association, Levy, a food truck co-owner of AZ Canteen, has recently focused much of his attention in the area of Food Truck law. He was recently interviewed by the Star Tribune upon the launch of the association. Additionally, Levy was interviewed by the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market on its Fresh & Local podcast channel, where he commented on issues facing Minneapolis food trucks in downtown Minneapolis.
