David Bradley Olsen Appointed to MN Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure

David Bradley Olsen, business law and litigation attorney at Minneapolis law firm Henson Efron, has been appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to the Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure for a three-year term beginning July 1, 2013. He is one of 18 appointed to this prestigious position.

The Advisory Committee is responsible for reviewing the rules of civil appellate procedure and proposing modifications to those rules. As part of the Advisory Committee, Olsen’s primary work will focus on proposed or necessary modifications to the appellate rules to accommodate electronic filing and service in the appellate courts.

David Bradley Olsen focuses his practice on litigation in state and federal courts, including litigation of business, commercial, intellectual property, employment, construction, products liability, toxic tort and personal injury matters. He also represents athletes and entertainers and has recently expanded his practice to include Indian law. He has been chosen for inclusion in Minnesota Super Lawyers and is AV® Preeminent™ peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He received his Juris Doctor, High Honors, from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
