Stuart T. Williams Appointed to Serve on Task Force on the Regulation of Pharmacy Benefit Managers

Litigation and environmental law attorney Stuart T. Williams has been appointed to serve as a member on the Task Force on the Regulation of Pharmacy Benefit Managers by President Karen Ryle of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) for 2013-2014.

The NABP is a professional organization supporting state boards of pharmacy in creating uniform regulations and administrating accreditation programs to protect public health.  As a member of the task force, Williams will review the status of pharmacy benefit managers in the United States and review and propose recommendations to the Model State Pharmacy Act to provide guidelines for states to utilize regarding the regulation of pharmacy benefit managers.

Williams also serves on the Minnesota Board of Nursing and Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
