Stuart T. Williams Reappointed to the Client Security Board by the Minnesota Supreme Court

Litigation attorney Stuart T. Williams was reappointed to the Client Security Board by the Minnesota Supreme Court for a second three-year term starting on July 1, 2017. Williams has been on the Client Security Board since 2014.
The Client Security Board oversees the administration of the Client Security Fund to investigate and handle claims for compensation resulting from dishonest attorney conduct. The Board, made up of five attorneys and two public members, also establishes an annual budget, certifies the financial condition of the Fund, and enforces subrogation and lien rights of the fund.
In addition, Williams currently serves as President of the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy and has recently been appointed as chair of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy Committee on Constitution and Bylaws.
