Allison Plunkett Presenting CLE at Upcoming Mitchell Hamline Alumni Event

Allison Plunkett will be presenting a CLE (Continuing Legal Education) at the upcoming Mitchell Hamline Alumni golf tournament on July 19, 2021. The presentation is titled, “Ethical Pitfalls for Attorneys Representing Closely Held Companies.”

Attendees will learn about the common ethical considerations and pitfalls that may arise under the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct when advising closely held companies and their owners, including proper identification of the client, handling communications, and advising the company, and its majority and minority owners, of its rights and duties.
