Benjamin Hamborg Named a 2022 Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer

Henson Efron is pleased to announce litigation attorney Benjamin Hamborg has been named a 2022 Up & Coming Attorney by Minnesota Lawyer. Ben helps clients with complex legal and business matters, including business torts, breaches of contract, intellectual property, real estate issues and employment disputes. This knowledge, coupled with a strong work ethic, has led Ben to work on several high-profile cases with successful outcomes. Most recently he represented shareholders in a dispute that resulted in a record-breaking $6M award from the SEC – one of the largest SEC whistleblower awards in Minnesota history. A celebration of the Up & Coming Attorneys was held on September 16^th, 2022.
