John C. Levy Contributes Article in Minnesota Lawyer

Corporate and business law attorney John C. Levy contributed an article titled “Delaware court’s decision could affect reverse triangular mergers” for the October edition of Minnesota Lawyer.  The article covers the decision by the Delaware Court of Chancery in Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC v. Roche Diagnostics GMBH regarding the ruling that a reverse triangular merger may be viewed as an assignment and what it means for attorneys in the practice of mergers and acquisitions.
