New Associates Allison Plunkett and Eric Friske Join Henson Efron

Henson Efron, P.A. is pleased to announce Allison M. Plunkett has joined the firm as an associate practicing in business law, and Eric M. Friske joined the firm as an associate practicing in litigation.
Allison advises and represents businesses and individuals in a variety of transactions, including choice of business entity, governance structure and operating agreements, tax compliance and considerations, formation of joint ventures, and contract negotiation and review. In 2015, she taught as a former adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law and, in 2016, has co-authored Organizational Documents for LLCs: Documents Made Easy with Commentary for Minnesota Continuing Legal Education.
Eric represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes. Prior to joining Henson Efron, he served as a judicial extern to Chief Magistrate Judge Arthur J. Boylan in the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota and as a staff attorney to Chief Judge Terrence E. Conkel in First Judicial District of Minnesota. Eric was managing editor of Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology, a cutting-edge multidisciplinary journal focusing on law, health, the sciences, and bioethics.
