Rochelle L. Hauser

Business law attorney Rochelle L. Hauser represents and advises companies and individuals on a wide variety of corporate and business matters. With extensive legal experience in areas including business formation, reorganizations, and general contract matters, she co-presents a series of legal seminars on different topics for small business owners in collaboration with WomenVenture, an organization providing tools and resources to help women achieve economic success. For the spring 2014 semester, she served as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law, assisting in teaching a course on mergers and acquisitions.

A modern renaissance woman, Rochelle’s talents span many areas. In 2013, she trained for and completed the Twin Cities Marathon and she can routinely be spotted jogging around various lakes in Minneapolis. Before working on her law degree, she earned a B.A. with a double major in Spanish and Latin American Studies. Even with her busy schedule, Rochelle finds time to volunteer with the Morton Cure Paralysis Fund and the Associates’ Campaign for the Legal Aid Society.
