Stuart Williams Elected Chair of The Minnesota Drug Formulary Committee

The Minnesota Drug Formulary Committee reviews and recommends drugs covered by Medicaid and MinnesotaCare and determines which drugs require prior authorization to ensure the drugs are medically necessary and appropriate. The committee is composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other knowledgeable health care professionals. Stuart has recently been elected Chair and has served as the Committee’s sole public member since 2014.
