Henson Efron Debuts New Branding and Website

August 7, 2013

Minneapolis-based Henson Efron announced today that it has rebranded its identity and developed a new website (www.hensonefron.com), both designed to better depict the firm as it continues to grow and offer new services through its six distinct practice groups. This is the second time in its 37-year history that Henson Efron has introduced a new logo and relaunched its website. During that time, the firm has grown from a seven attorney firm, practicing primarily in the areas of litigation, tax and corporate law to a 34 attorney firm with more than 60 employees providing comprehensive legal services in the areas of litigation, family law, business and tax law, estate planning, trust and probate and real estate law.

The new logo includes modern typography, a color palette that is timeless and classic, and an icon that symbolizes the relationship between Henson Efron’s clients and its attorneys – one that is focused on the firm’s mission to be a client’s first choice, and the last law firm a client ever hires. To depict that, the icon intertwines its typography to symbolize attorney and client collaboration, supporting the firm’s commitment to provide the best possible client service.

According to Amy E. Papenhausen, an estate planning, trust and probate attorney, the changes are exciting and have been well received both internally and externally. “We’ve heard from both our attorneys and clients alike that the changes match the personality of the firm – a personality that is grounded in core values including respect, excellence, stewardship, intelligence, determination, creativity and results. I think you see all aspects of those values throughout the site and in the client service we offer.”

“We had a dedicated team of attorneys and staff, led by Amy E. Papenhausen and Mollie R. Anderson, who made it their mission over the past year to update our identity and improve our online presence,” said Managing Partner Clark D. Opdahl. “We are pleased with the results and feel confident that our clients will feel secure knowing that we are still focused on delivering smart solutions.”
