In addition to serving as Henson Efron’s managing partner, Clark Opdahl advises companies and individuals in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, supply and other commercial relationships, shareholder relationships and disputes, distribution/franchise relationships, intellectual property and securities issues. He has been selected for inclusion in Minnesota Super Lawyers® in 2007-2013.

Truly a right and left-brain thinker, Clark worked in the graphic arts and advertising fields early in his career. He was an advisor to the founders of Madcap Logic, LLC, creator of the art educational program, Creativity Express.
