Clark Opdahl has been named a 2019 Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer.

We’re proud to announce attorney and shareholder Clark Opdahl has been named a 2019 Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer. Clark is being recognized for his M&A work and successfully leading Henson Efron as President for over a decade. In 2019, among other transactions, Clark represented the target in a $1.24B merger transaction reported to be the 3rd largest sale of an industrial real estate portfolio in the U.S.

Annually, Minnesota Lawyer honors top attorneys throughout Minnesota for their notable achievements and leadership in the profession. 2019 honorees will be celebrated during a reception and awards ceremony on February 6, 2020.
